Einfachstes Mangoeis der Welt | Easiest mango-ice lolly ever

Dienstag, der 1. August 2017

Hmmm….
Ich wünsch Euch einen köstlichen Sommer!

Easiest mango-ice lolly ever

Just a quick note from my maternity leave: Since it has finally become hot here, I really wanted to share is super easy recipe with you. I’m keeping it very short this time, so I’ll be done before the 4-week-wonder wakes up again…
The ice lolly will only take 2 minutes to make, is delicious, does not drip (very handy!) and has no additives whatsoever. My husband came up with this brilliant idea and we are all deeply impressed.
All you need is a ripe mango and some wooden ice lolly sticks. Peel the mango and cut it into two large pieces, one on each side of the pit. Now, carefully, put the sticks in and place in the freezer. You’re done!
You can easily adapt this method to other fruit, such as nectarines or peeles peaches. Let your imagination run wild! And if you want to make it even more fancy, just give it a chocolate coat once frozen. Use the recipe for my brownie glaze. Yumm…
Have a delicious summer!
